Description

We are seeking an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Learning and Development Coordinator to play a pivotal role in advancing KordaMentha’s professional development initiatives. The position offers an exciting opportunity to support and enhance learning experiences that foster capability building, leadership growth, and employee engagement across all levels of the firm.
Working closely with the Learning and Development Lead, you will ensure seamless coordination and delivery of a diverse portfolio of programs that are instrumental in driving a culture of continuous learning and career advancement.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2–3 years’ experience in learning and development, HR, or a related role, preferably within a professional services or corporate setting.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A confident and polished communication style, enabling effective engagement with a broad range of stakeholders.
  • Experience or a strong interest in supporting and facilitating group learning sessions.
  • Proficient with learning management systems (experience with Elmo is advantageous) and skilled in Microsoft Office and virtual collaboration platforms such as MS Teams, Zoom, or Webex.
  • Demonstrate a proactive, flexible approach and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinating logistics, scheduling, and communications for a range of learning programs, workshops, coaching sessions, and key events.
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts to prepare and organise session content and resources.
  • Maintaining our learning calendar and assist in the planning and implementation of the annual training schedule.
  • Managing digital learning assets within the LMS, ensuring content is up to date and accessible.
  • Support ing the development and documentation of new learning programs, including gathering feedback and managing evaluation processes
