Responsibilities
  • To support the provision of legendary experiences to our guests through the design and implementation of training initiatives which are both aligned to mandatory legal requirements and strategic context set by the Training Manager.
  • To train and upskill individuals in the business to ensure high standards are being achieved and service results are being improved.
  • To foster a positive and inclusive work environment by leading Diversity and Inclusion initiatives and organising creative events.
  • To bring CARE to life within our business and embed CARE culture in everything we do.
