We are seeking to recruit a Learning & Development Coordinator to join our busy team based in our Bellshill office.

Responsibilities

The Learning & Development Coordinator will work collaboratively with relevant colleagues across the organisation contributing to the provision of learning and development within McLaughlin & Harvey.

As a Learning & Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

  • Collaborating with senior management to review PDR training requests
  • Assisting the Learning & Development Manager in the successful delivery of Trainee and Graduate programmes
  • Maintaining the Learning Management System
  • Developing digital courses in partnership with different departments to be rolled out within the Learning Management System
  • Reviewing and analysing training evaluation feedback
  • Supporting the Learning & Development Manager in managing CITB grant claims, ensuring optimal grant recovery
  • Organising CPD training sessions
  • Support Learning & Development Administrator with training course bookings
  • Review and seek approval for non-mandatory training
  • Organising medical screenings and training for Railway project employees
