Location – Telford | Salary - £30,000-£32,000 DOE | Hours - Full Time 40 hrs perweek | Mon – Fri (Between 8am – 5.00pm, rotational office cover) | Place of Work: On-site at Pickstock Telford

Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE: BUILDING CAPABILITY, DRIVING EXCELLENCE

As L&D Coordinator, you’ll design, deliver and track training that keeps our team compliant, capable and confident. You’ll support everything from skills gap analysis to SOP creation – ensuring our workforce stays audit-ready, safety-focussed and future-fit.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and deliver engaging training programs across all departments
  • Conduct annual training needs assessments and skills gap analysis
  • Co-ordinate mandatory training in line with BRC, OSI, food safety and statutory standards
  • Create and update SOPs, training materials and eLearning modules
  • Manage and enhance onboarding for new starters and agency personnel
  • Collaborate with managers to deliver leadership development initiatives
  • Track and audit training compliance and effectiveness
  • Lead cross-functional L&D projects and support change initiatives
  • Manage training-related purchase orders and external supplier liaison
