ABOUT THE ROLE:

Join our team as a Learning and Development Coordinator at our Huntingwood Factory! You’ll be instrumental in identifying training needs, creating supporting documentation, and managing our learning management system. Your role will involve coordinating the training process, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements, and fostering strong customer relationships to deliver tailored solutions aligning with organisational goals.

Just like you can’t make a Tim Tam without chocolate, there are a few essential ingredients we need for this role:

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable but not essential)
• Previous experience in SAP or similar software systems
• Previous experience in management of programs including development and implementation of training strategy
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment including stakeholder engagement
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal
