Pay: $44.58 to $47.97 p/hour + salary packaging + 12% super
We’re looking for a sharp, organised and creative Learning & Development professional to coordinate impactful training programs across our bi-lingual organisation. In this hands-on role, you’ll manage our LMS, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver practical, high-quality learning experiences that build compliance, capability and culture.

Position can be in any of our DC Offices – Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide or Perth.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Deaf Connect is currently seeking an experienced Learning and Development Coordinator to coordinate organisational learning resources and tools, with the focus on building people’s capability and meeting compliance obligations.
You’ll have the opportunity to work in a bilingual workplace where Auslan and English are both used and develop truly accessible workplace learning solutions.
As a key member of the People & Culture team, you will join a diverse group that enjoys the role we play in making Deaf Connect a great place to work. Reporting to the Chief People & Culture Officer, you will partner with our business managers to conduct a training needs analysis for the organisation, identify skills and knowledge gaps and develop L&D plans, courses and programs to address these.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE INCLUDE:

Coordinate and deliver impactful learning programs to meet compliance, capability, and development needs across the organisation
Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) including scheduling, reporting, and maintaining accessible training content
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to source, design, and implement high-quality learning experiences
Continuously evaluate and improve training outcomes through data-driven insights and feedback
