Description
Responsibilities
Leading and developing a team who deliver learning solutions for the Transformation Program, including the planning, management, scheduling and implementation of the learning programs, solutions, and offerings to ensure an exceptional learning experience for our customers (internal and external) across the Transformation Program.
Managing a team of Delivery specialists/a workstream within Transformation Learning & Development, including resource management, coaching and advising on facilitation methods, mediums and approaches
Reporting to the Senior Manager for Learning and Development Transformation Solutions and engaging with business stakeholders to plan, prioritise and execute the learning delivery for the program.
Partnering with the Senior Learning and Development Designers to support the development of the Training Needs Analysis documentation and learning plans across program streams.
Project managing program learning plans to ensure end to end implementation is appropriately planned and delivered and that commercial acumen is balanced with learner experience.
Plan and manage the implementation of program learning solutions, including scheduling, administration, governance, and management of learner evaluations to evaluate return on investment and improvement opportunities.
