Requirements A strategic L&D leader with 7+ years in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or Organizational Development. Experienced in scaling programs that deliver measurable business results - ideally in human services, healthcare, or a 245D-licensed setting. Skilled in adult learning principles, change management, and modern learning technologies. A connector who can engage diverse audiences - from frontline staff to executives. A creative problem-solver who thrives on turning vision into reality.
