Job Description Connecting business growth & people development driving and supporting country wide and store specific L&D initiatives with Market L&D manager securing relevant total learning offer according to business needs. Collaborating with Store HR Managers, HR Generalists, and function managers to facilitate and coordinate the learning and competence development agenda. Strong organizational and administrative skills to input and collect data to provide regular updates on learning analytics, tracking effectiveness and impact Your assignment: Responsible Promote and safeguard the IKEA culture by being a role model who expresses the IKEA values in all L&D operational matters and people agenda. Be an active contributor in the formulation, communication and implementation of country and store competence development strategies, tools and programs in close co-operation with Market Learning & Development Manager. Create and foster a lifelong learning culture and atmosphere where ongoing knowledge sharing becomes a natural part of how we operate our business. Support and coordinate alignment across the business with stakeholders to adopt a country approach to all L&D activities and processes such as L&D assessments or reviews, training applications, learning data analysis, government fund claims etc. Main contact for L&D support in base store for learning and development needs. Meticulous and diligent to monitor & follow up progress report for mandatory and compliance trainings Coordinate and facilitate enrolment for external trainings for co-workers Travel to other stores occasionally and work weekends to support Learning & Development activities when necessary Maintain and manage learning rooms / spaces and communication boards in stores. Accountable Compilation, monitoring and maintenance of learning analytics data, co-worker LMS system account accuracy, training and country facilitator records (attendance/ hours) for stores in line with KPIs Drive and manage process and administration for orientation for new co-workers in including scheduling for in collaboration with Human Resources & Line Managers Manage administrative process for progressive wage model programme enrolment for eligible co-workers in line with MOM regulations in collaboration with HR and line managers. Includes liaising with learning provider. Implement, monitor and secure completion of mandatory and compliance trainings in collaboration with appointed stakeholders Drive and support implementation of the training calendar, Culture and Values & learning activities with Market L&D manager. Support L&D administrative tasks. Contribute Process manager for master training tracking file for department trainings of the annual safety and security review assessment. Secure accurate tracking and input of training data in collaboration with department reps as required in the annual Sec Check Review. Support Line managers on MyLearning (LMS) user issues, training needs and related L&D issues in base store. Support co-workers learning and development journey with effective communication and knowledge of the total IKEA/ Ikano Retail learning offer. Drive growth mindset and learning culture within IKEA Singapore by working together with stakeholders, finding better ways and getting things done. Qualifications You have at least 1 - 2 years’ experience in the Learning & Development field Passionate about growing business and people together through learning Strong people skills to engage and connect co-workers to unleash their full potential. Highly self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team to get things done Resilient and determine to drive functional competence development and continuous improvements to achieve operational excellence and results. Dedicated to contributing to great co-worker experience with focus on development. Always strive to reach goals with a prominent level of energy and motivation. Enjoy working in an agile and multidimensional environment. Basic presentation & facilitation skills Event management & planning skills to implement co-worker learning activities and collaborate with stakeholders Familiar with MS forms and other software to create surveys, polls, attendance trackers, interactive quizzes Knowledge of MS Excel to manage learning data effectively and efficiently Video content creation is a plus but not necessary Understands KOLBs four stages of learning Able to effectively communicate clearly with people of different levels and in different situations to inspire and strengthen leaning culture and growth mindset in the organisation Ability to work independently and reliably on agreed L&D agenda Able to get things done with flexibility, speed and simplicity Able to demonstrate self-leadership capabilities and build strong working relationships in line with IKEA Values Demonstrates willingness to learn new things, explore better ways of working to renew and improve processes and outcomes in line with learning in the business principle of 70/20/10. Ability to give and take responsibility and prioritise workload Good IT literacy and ability to work on different IT applications used by Ikano Retail.
