Job Title: Learning and Development Advisor

Reporting To: Senior Human Resources Business Partner
Starting: September/October 2025
Salary Range: $93,500 to $126,000 annually
SUMMARY
As a key member of the Human Resources team, the Learning and Development (L&D) HR Advisor supports the organization’s commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Reporting to the Sr. HR Business Partner (Sr. HRBP), the L&D Advisor is responsible for designing, facilitating, and evaluating training programs that enhance employee performance, leadership capacity, and organizational effectiveness.
This role requires strong instructional design capabilities, facilitation skills, communication excellence, and a demonstrated ability to leverage learning technologies. The Advisor will ensure that learning initiatives align with strategic priorities, foster employee engagement, and support a culture of inclusion and growth.
