As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive training programs that enhance employee skills, boost performance, and drive organizational success. Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs for staff at all levels across the organization Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps and create tailored training solutions Implement innovative training methodologies, including e-learning and blended learning approaches Collaborate with department heads to align training initiatives with organizational goals and strategies Mentor and coach managers and supervisors to enhance their leadership and training abilities Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven improvements Develop and maintain up-to-date training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules Monitor and report on key training metrics to demonstrate ROI and identify areas for improvement Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor laws and regulations in all training activities Manage training budgets and resources efficiently Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance our training offerings Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development throughout the organization Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, with at least 3 years in a management role Professional certification such as Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) or equivalent is preferred Proven track record in designing and implementing successful training programs Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Arabic In-depth knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies Proficiency in needs assessment, curriculum development, and performance management Experience with e-learning platforms and instructional design software Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess training needs and measure outcomes Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) Understanding of Egyptian labor laws and regulations as they pertain to employee training and development Excellent project management skills and ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously Flexibility to work extended hours and travel to other locations within Egypt as needed Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all training initiatives
