Job Description We are seeking an experienced and visionary Learning and Development Manager to join our dynamic team aboard the QE2 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this pivotal role, you will lead the delivery of comprehensive learning and development programs that drive organizational excellence and foster employee growth. You will work collaboratively across all levels of the organization to identify learning needs, and build a culture of continuous learning and development. Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive learning and development strategies aligned with organizational goals and business objectives Conduct thorough training needs analysis annually, identify skill gaps, and create learning roadmaps Deliver all Accor and La Maison signature programmes Design and deliver engaging training programs covering leadership development, soft skills, technical competencies, and organizational standards Manage and optimize the use of learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms to enhance accessibility and engagement Lead the performance appraisal process in alignment with organizational frameworks and provide coaching to managers on effective feedback delivery Establish and nurture relationships with external training providers, educational institutions, and industry experts to enhance program quality Analyse training effectiveness through data-driven metrics, gather feedback, and continuously improve program content and delivery methods Manage L&D budgets efficiently, track expenditures, and demonstrate return on investment (ROI) for all learning initiatives Create customized onboarding and induction programs whilst utilising Brand Onboarding material to ensure seamless integration of new employees into the organization Stay current with industry trends, emerging learning technologies, and best practices in adult learning and development Communicate learning program outcomes, impact reports, and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Training, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, or a related field Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in training, facilitation, curriculum design, or learning and development management Professional Trainer certification or equivalent credential (required) Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies Demonstrated experience in utilizing learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms Proficiency in analysing training data, measuring program effectiveness, and presenting insights to stakeholders Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences Leadership experience with the ability to manage, mentor, and develop team members Strong organizational and project management skills with meticulous attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge of performance management frameworks and coaching methodologies Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and adapt to diverse learning needs Exceptional interpersonal and collaborative skills with the ability to build strong relationships across all organizational levels Flexibility and resilience to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs Fluency in English Job-Category: Talent & Culture Job Type: Permanent Job Schedule: Full-Time
