The Role You’ll design, build, and deliver core management training programs starting with a “Back to Basics” Leadership Program for frontline managers. Your focus stays on what matters: curriculum design, facilitation, and impact measurement. We expect you to leverage AI, automation, and modern content tools as force multipliers to build a function that punches well above its weight class. Additional headcount is planned as you demonstrate ROI. What You’ll Do Design and launch core leadership training curriculum addressing documented competency gaps in performance management, conflict resolution, and operational leadership Personally facilitate workshops (in-person and virtual) across 21 locations, coaching managers through the transition to people leadership Refresh the 90-day onboarding experience to accelerate new hire time-to-productivity Build Train-the-Trainer programs so Directors can reinforce and sustain development with their teams Produce job-ready training materials: facilitator guides, toolkits, one-page job aids, video content, and self-paced modules Use AI tools (Claude, Gemini, Agents) as force multipliers to rapidly develop curricula, generate scenario exercises, analyze feedback data, and scale content production Build scalable content systems—templates, modular libraries, automated workflows—so each new program launches faster than the last Manage content delivery through Paylocity Learning with automated tracking across all locations Measure impact through retention, operational efficiency, engagement scores, and time-to-productivity—not just attendance Build the business case for expanded L&D investment using data from initial program outcomes Required Qualifications 5+ years in Learning & Development with focus on leadership development or management training Proven track record designing and delivering manager training programs with measurable business outcomes Demonstrated ability to leverage AI and modern tools as force multipliers for content creation and program delivery Experience managing training across distributed, multi-site operations Expert facilitator comfortable with in-person and virtual delivery Self-sufficient content producer (presentations, guides, videos, toolkits)—no agency dependency Data-driven approach linking training to retention, performance, and operational results Preferred Qualifications Experience in healthcare, clinic operations, multi-unit retail, or hospitality Coaching or instructional design certification (DiSC, Situational Leadership, DDI, CPTD, or similar) Experience with Paylocity or comparable HRIS/LMS platforms Background in organizational development or change management What Sets the Ideal Candidate Apart Builder’s mentality: thrives on creating scalable systems from documented needs rather than maintaining inherited programs Thinks in systems—builds templates, workflows, and libraries that compound over time Balances instructional rigor with speed of execution Treats AI and technology as essential tools of the trade—can demonstrate how you’ve used them to multiply output in previous roles Benefits Up to $90,000 base salary + performance incentives tied to program outcomes Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k) Certification reimbursement and professional development support Existing Training Coordinator and admin support in place, with growth path to expand the L&D function as you demonstrate ROI High-visibility role with direct access to senior leadership AICA Orthopedics is an equal opportunity employer.
