    Responsibilities

    YOUR NEW ROLE

    Drive the implementation of our global learning and capability strategy, ensuring inclusive, impactful learning experiences that build future-focused skills (especially in AI, sales, and continuous improvement), enhance performance, and support career progression. Oversee LMS operations, learning analytics, and contribute to embedding a culture of continuous learning and curiosity across Digital Science. Support internal mobility, leadership pipeline development, and employee engagement through strategic and operational learning interventions tailored to the needs of a growing, global workforce.
    As our Learning & Development Manager, you will be part of our dynamic, capable, fun and growing global People Team.
    We have grown rapidly to 700 employees, primarily through acquisition, and we are continuing our high growth journey. To operate successfully and have impact here you will need to meet the organisation, culture and leaders where they are now in order to get us where we need to be. This involves taking a pragmatic and tactical approach to implementation. We are looking for agility, flexibility and pragmatism as well as a consistent focus on the end goals.
