Key ResponsibilitiesConduct training needs assessments to identify knowledge gaps and recommend solutions.
Document business processes clearly, accurately, and in a user-friendly format.
Develop high-quality training materials, including manuals, guides, SOPs, presentations, and e-learning modules.
Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions for new hires and current staff, while continuously updating training materials as processes evolve.
Maintain a centralized knowledge base of training resources and process documentation.
Track training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
Support the onboarding process to ensure new employees have a smooth and successful start.
Work collaboratively across departments to enhance organizational learning and consistency.
What we’re looking for3–5 years of experience in training, learning & development, process documentation, or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to simplify complex concepts and deliver information clearly.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Experience building training materials using Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Google Suite, or related.
Comfortable presenting to small and large groups.
Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
