LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Start Date: ASAP
Location: London/Basingstoke. (Hybrid – with in-person and virtual delivery) 2 days per week, ideally, for the first 6m (course delivery)
Hey there, I’m Hannah, Hawk-Eye’s Head of Talent Development and I’m looking for someone to join my team as a Learning and Development Manager. This is a really important role as the business continues to grow, where you’ll help lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of our people development programme.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in coaching, mentoring, or leadership development programme delivery.
  • Familiarity with psychometrics, behavioural tools, or diagnostics (e.g. Insights, MBTI, DiSC).
