Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Architect and manage career development programs from counter salesperson through branch manager.
  • Deliver a blended learning experience—including e-learning, classroom training, on-the-job coaching, and mentorship.
  • Establish clear milestones and assessments so employees and managers can track readiness for promotion.
  • Develop the talent pipeline, including identifying and fostering high-potential team members.
  • Serve on the Branch Manager Review Committee, helping guide development decisions.
  • Partner with HR and Regional Managers to align training with business needs for retention, engagement, and leadership culture.
  • Track impact through metrics like program participation, promotion rates, and retention of rising stars.
  • Oversee and enhance the LMS system and stay current on emerging learning technologies.
