POSITION OVERVIEW: We are looking for a Learning and Development (L&D) Manager to help our employees advance their skills and knowledge. In this role, you will be responsible for Implementing learning strategies and programs; Designing e-learning courses, workshops and more; Maintaining budgets and relationships with internal Experts and vendors. RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinating with organization's experts and department's leaders to develop training materials and training agenda. Create and execute learning strategies and programs. Map out training plan for employee working at sites and head office. Implement various learning methods (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training). Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other training. Assess instructional effectiveness and summarize evaluation reports determining the impact of training on employee skills and how it affects KPIs. Measure and track training effectiveness; training assessment. Develop and manage reporting, metrics and insights for training. Manage logistics and record keeping for training activities at project sites. Develop and maintain relationships with internal experts throughout the organization & vendors. REQUIREMENTS: Education BSc/BA in Business, Psychology, or a related field. Communication skills Excellent communication skills are essential. PC skills Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS). The ability to work with IT resources such as databases and spreadsheets, for the collection and management of information. Experience At least 2 years' experience in the same position. Language Proficient English (both speaking and writing). Key characteristics Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices. Experience in project management and budgeting. Proven experience as an L&D Manager, Training Manager or similar. Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate). Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments.
