• Talent DevelopmentSupport career development, succession planning, and employee growth initiatives.
• Assist in developing Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for employees.
• Support leadership development and high-potential employee programs.
• Promote continuous learning and professional development opportunities.
• Performance & ReportingTrack learning KPIs and prepare periodic reports.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and business outcomes.
• Maintain accurate learning and development data and records.
• Provide recommendations to improve employee performance through development initiatives.
• Policy & ComplianceEnsure compliance with organizational policies and relevant regulations.
• Review and update learning and development procedures and guidelines.
• Support HR audits and reporting related to training and development activities.
• QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
