Purpose
To support the Head of Grow to enable and expand our learning and development function which supports all colleague’s development across the business. This role needs to be able to support the Head of Grow in developing and delivering training solutions for all colleagues.
Ensuring that training is delivered in the most appropriate method and adds real value to colleagues.
This role will also spot opportunities for colleague development, through their understanding of the business and collaborating with others
