The role is an Ongoing Full-time position About the Role As the Learning and Development Partner, you will lead the design, deliver and embed learning initiatives that build capability across the organisation. You will: Lead a small team of learning professionals to create high quality, fit for purpose training solutions Develop blended learning programs, including face to face delivery and digital learning modules Support scalable learning approaches that ensure operational readiness for major electoral events Partner with leaders and subject matter experts to align learning with organisational priorities Contribute to a culture that values growth, engagement, and professional development This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career while shaping the learning landscape of a critical public institution. Key Knowledge, Experience and Essential Requirements Demonstrated experience designing and delivering blended learning strategies for diverse stakeholder groups Strong understanding of workforce capability frameworks and their application to learning programs Advanced capability with Articulate 360 (including Storyline), SuccessFactors Performance and Goals, and SuccessFactors Learning Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent professional experience Politically neutral with no affiliation to political parties or lobbyists/third party campaigners.
