Overview The Manager, Learning Experience & Programs is responsible for overseeing the design, coordination, and delivery of blended learning programs that support employee development and organizational performance. This role ensures learning initiatives are delivered through an intentional mix of instructor-led sessions, virtual learning, digital coursework, and experiential development opportunities. A key focus of the role is developing and managing learning pathways and learning journeys that connect programs into structured development experiences supporting career growth, leadership development, and organizational capability. The position also leads the operational planning and project management of learning initiatives, ensuring programs are delivered with consistency, quality, and measurable impact. This role partners closely with instructional designers, facilitators, learning technology teams, and business leaders to bring learning strategies to life across the organization. Responsibilities Blended Learning Strategy & Oversight Oversee the execution of blended learning programs that combine instructor-led learning, virtual sessions, digital learning, and experiential development. Ensure learning experiences are engaging, effective, and aligned with organizational development goals. Partner with Talent Management and Learning & Development leaders to support capability development across the organization. Ensure learning programs are delivered consistently across locations, teams, and delivery formats. Learning Pathways & Learning Journey Design Design and manage learning pathways that connect development programs into clear growth journeys for employees and leaders. Lead learning journey design, ensuring development experiences build progressively from foundational knowledge to advanced capability. Integrate instructor-led programs, digital learning, coaching, and experiential learning into cohesive development experiences. Partner with Talent Management, HR and business leaders to align learning pathways with career development and workforce needs. Continuously evaluate and refine learning journeys to ensure relevance, engagement, and impact. Learning Program & Project Management Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of key learning initiatives and development programs. Develop implementation plans, timelines, and delivery strategies for learning programs. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including instructional designers, facilitators, subject matter experts, and business leaders. Ensure learning initiatives are delivered on schedule and aligned with organizational priorities. Manage multiple learning projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and consistency. Learning Technology Collaboration Partner with learning technology and LMS administrators to support the delivery of learning programs through digital platforms. Ensure learning pathways, program structures, and content deployment align with the intended learner experience. Collaborate on improvements that enhance the accessibility and effectiveness of learning experiences. Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with Talent Management, HR, and business leaders to align learning initiatives with workforce needs. Serve as a key partner in the execution of onboarding, leadership development, and capability-building programs. Support leaders in reinforcing learning initiatives that strengthen team performance and career development. Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience supporting learning programs, talent development initiatives, or organizational development programs. Experience managing blended learning programs across multiple delivery formats. Past experience with successfully launching LMS Systems Demonstrated experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders. Skills & Competencies Strong project and program management capabilities. Understanding of blended learning approaches and adult learning principles. Experience coordinating learning initiatives across multiple teams. Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
