THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a Learn Rep to join our People team in Ireland. This role can be based in either our Dublin or Cork office. This is a permanent, full-time position where you will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid capacity. Office attendance will be expected at least 3 days per week.
Reporting directly to the People Leader, the Learn Rep will have full ownership and accountability for supporting the technical & professional learning and development of approximately 800 people across the Ireland Geography.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification related to Learning & Development organisation and/or project management.
  • Proven experience and capability in managing Learning and Development requirements for organisations.
  • 4+ years’ experience demonstrating project management, administrative and organisational skills in a professional services or engineering organisation

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to work effectively with multiple managers and stakeholders in a multi-disciplinary diverse workplace.
  • Experience with L&D Management Systems and web-based technologies that facilitate the creation of online training. Experience with Moodle is an advantage.
