Job Description We are looking for a Learning & Development Specialist who will be cover a regional scope, for EMEA. In this role, you will support the learning and development of our workforce by executing existing policies, processes, and development offerings (training, coaching, mentoring, on the job learning experiences). You will also analyze L&D data to identify how to improve the employee learning experience and how to better support local HR teams in terms of Learning needs assessment, learning products and learning modalities. Main Responsibilities: L&D Strategic initiatives Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of regional learning initiatives, aligned with global L&D. Conduct learning needs analysis across functions/countries to define capability gaps and inform development priorities. Design and track learning programs to support upskilling, reskilling, and workforce readiness across the EMEA region. Track completion of mandatory trainings and support different locations to ensure strong completion rates and compliance. Digital Learning & Systems Support the digital learning transformation across EMEA, with a strong focus on self-directed learning tools like Percipio. Manage Workday learning administration in the region—including training record uploads, data accuracy, and learner experience optimization. Serve as the go-to expert for digital tools and support change management and adoption through clear communication and engagement campaigns. Program Management Oversee training budgets and planning cycles in collaboration with Finance and HR Business Partners. Organize and track all regional training and development activities—including internal workshops, external learning events, and compliance-based training. Partner with local HR and business leaders to ensure training aligns with business priorities and delivers measurable impact. Leadership & Talent Development Support the design and rollout of Leadership Development initiatives focused on building future-ready capabilities. Support the management of regional Coaching and Mentoring needs, supporting emerging talent and high-potential employees. Develop and execute a regional learning strategy that directly supports business goals, future workforce needs, and organizational transformation. Identify critical skills and capabilities required for future success, and design learning solutions that close gaps and build long-term organizational strength. Partner with global learning team, business leaders, HRBPs to ensure L&D efforts align with talent strategy, succession planning, and broader workforce development goals. Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate closely with global L&D, HRIS, Talent, and Compensation teams to ensure seamless alignment and reporting. Act as a regional ambassador for the global learning strategy, ensuring local engagement and relevance. Qualifications What You Bring: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Psychology, or related field; Master's or L&D certifications (e.g. CIPD, ATD) 4+ years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably in a multinational or matrixed environment. Solid understanding of learning platforms. Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into action. Fluent in English.
