Description Location: Salt Lake City, UT (Hybrid) Schedule: Full-Time, Monday – Friday (business hours; hybrid schedule) Pay Range: $58,000–$62,000 per year Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) with employer match, paid time off, wellness perks The Position: Mountain Land Physical Therapy is hiring a detail-oriented, organized Learning & Development Specialist to support the delivery and maintenance of employee training programs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building clear, consistent learning experiences including developing and updating training materials, coordinating training execution, and administering assignments through an LMS. Your work helps our teams deliver excellent patient and employee experiences while staying compliant and aligned to our standards. What You’ll Do: Develop and update training materials and eLearning modules using provided outlines, templates, and learning objectives Maintain and version-control training content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with established standards Upload, assign, and track training completion in the Mountain Land’s learning management system (LMS), specifically TalentLMS.
