The Learning and Development Specialist is responsible for the coordination, evaluation, and assisting with the development of learning solutions to support individual, leader, team and organizational development, performance, and engagement across the organization. This role is also responsible for collaborating with staff, subject matter experts, and leadership for the deployment of courses and training materials that enhance the competencies of employees at all levels and align with the strategic efforts of the organization.

SUCCESS PROFILE
Work Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and coordinating learning and development programs. Experience should include organizing training logistics, supporting digital learning initiatives, and maintaining training records. Experience in a service-oriented environment is preferred.
Education, Certificates, Licenses: Requires Bachelor’s degree in Training and Development, Education, Psychology, Communications, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent years of additional relevant experience in lieu of degree required.
Knowledge: Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Familiar with eLearning technologies, such as Articulate Storyline or Captivate. Experience with Learning Management Systems. Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage and adapt to change and deal with ambiguity.
Competencies
Environment: Work inside in a general office setting with ergonomically configured equipment. Travel is required approximately up to 20% of the time.
