You’ll build mechanisms to work closely with People Business Partners (HRBPs), Technical Training Manager, and business leaders in each line of business to understand the nuances of their businesses and how L&TM programs, processes and offerings could help solve their business challenges more effectively. You will lead the development and execution a strategic, multi-year roadmap, bringing your business insights and expertise to bear on complex scenarios, emerging priorities, and talent transformations.
