DUBAI BRITISH SCHOOL JUMEIRAH PARK FOUNDATION ARE CURRENTLY RECRUITING FOR A QUALIFIED AND EXPERIENCED LEARNING ASSISTANT FOR NEXT ACADEMIC YEAR 2025-26 STARTING FROM AUG 2025.
We are looking to appoint a Learning Assistant (LA) to work collaboratively as part of a class and year group team. The successful candidate will work in partnership with the class teacher, and ILSA if required, to create an inspiring learning environment to evoke children’s interests and promote child-led learning. The role of the LA will be to interact with children in a way that scaffolds their learning whilst also ensuring their care and wellbeing needs are met consistently.
The successful candidate will take an active role within their respective year group and wider school community and will demonstrate professionalism, participation, collaboration, and reflection of practice.
