Within the HR Division, Organisational Capability seeks to enable organisational performance through developing the capabilities our colleagues need today and for the future. Our work is based in effective diagnosis and delivery of people solutions that drive the organisation forward.
Through working with other experts on the team, you will support the delivery of our AI Programme, specifically supporting with the design, development and delivery of AI focussed capability interventions.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about development and keen to deepen their experience in the areas of capability development and employee experience.
This role is offered as a 12 month FTC

What will you get from the role
The role will give you exposure to a broad range of stakeholders across the FCA.
You will be part of a supportive team who will help you grow your expertise in a Centre of Expertise role. We encourage a growth mindset, and support individuals to grow and stretch their potential through interesting and stretching work and relevant training and development.
You will have the opportunity to shape and deliver the capability development agenda across the whole organisation and to work with and influence a wide range of industry professionals, both internally and externally to the FCA.
