We’re looking for a Learning Business Partner - a learning professional who can translate business challenges into creative, high-impact learning and performance solutions. You’ll work closely with teams across R&D, Sales, and Support to identify needs, build learning programs and solutions, develop engaging learning experiences, and drive measurable growth. If you turn goals into strategy, build and measure effective programs, learn fast in technical environments, and communicate clearly across teams, we want to talk to you. As a Cognyter you will: Partner with business leaders to understand goals, challenges, and skill gaps - and turn them into actionable learning and enablement programs. Lead learning needs analysis, define clear KPIs, and develop end-to-end learning solutions, from onboarding to upskilling to performance support. Design and implement blended learning journeys using digital, live, and AI-based learning development tools. Collaborate with subject matter experts to create high-quality, relevant content. Manage learning projects with structure, clarity, and a bias for execution. Measure impact, analyze results, and continuously improve programs. Lead change and adoption of new learning and performance practices across global teams. Work closely with technical teams to translate complex, technical knowledge into engaging and accessible learning experiences. Requirements For that mission you will need: 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Sales Enablement, or a related field. Proven ability to design scalable learning programs that drive measurable performance, in global or matrixed organizations. Strong understanding of instructional design, digital learning, and AI-powered tools. Ability to translate complex business and technical needs into clear learning strategies. High technical orientation – ability and interest in learning and creating content on highly technical topics. Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. Agile mindset, curiosity, and passion for innovation. Degree in Education, Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or a related field. Experience in Sales Enablement or developing technical learning for R&D teams – a strong advantage. Familiarity with Cornerstone LMS – an advantage. Fluent English – written and spoken.
