CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree from an elite academic institution (Ivy League or comparable); advanced degrees (Master’s/PhD) given preference
  • Demonstrated history of academic distinction (such as Olympiad achievements, National Merit recognition, or accelerated degree completion)
  • Proven background in student development through coaching, mentorship, instruction, or tutoringAt least one marker of exceptional academic achievement (e.g., highly selective scholarship/fellowship (
  • 5% acceptance), Mensa/Triple Nine Society membership, doctoral degree, university teaching experience)
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage generative AI tools to enhance educational outcomes
  • Superior verbal communication and presentation capabilities
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Commitment to working on-site in Austin, Texas

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Facilitating transformative one-on-one and small-group coaching sessions designed to propel students toward their personalized academic objectives
  • Leveraging sophisticated analytics and comprehensive student profiles to customize your coaching strategies and breakthrough individual learning barriers
  • Monitoring key performance indicators—from satisfaction metrics to curriculum progression—and continuously refining your approach to maintain excellence

  • Drowning in paperwork or spending nights grading assignments
