Salary: Up to $7500 with competitive bonus and benefits

We are looking for a Learning & Competency Partner to play a strategic role in building a future-ready workforce. In this role, you will partner directly with business leaders and subject matter experts to design and deliver impactful learning programmes for a large and diverse employee base.

  • Lead end-to-end Learning Needs Analysis (training needs and/or competency gap analysis) — from gap identification to planning, training solutions, rollout, and execution.
  • Work closely with business leaders to co-develop learning plans and training strategies that address capability gaps.
  • Design and manage curriculum programmes , including learning pathways and structured frameworks.
  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts and external vendors to deliver tailored training solutions.
  • Implement governance structures to support competency development (e.g. steering committees, competency leads).
  • Drive flagship initiatives and learning events that anchor a strong learning culture.
  • Review programme effectiveness and recommend improvements.
