To expand our Hi! Team, we are looking for an experienced and Learning Experience Designer who will serve as a trusted business partner for function leaders in Sales, Marketing and Product Marketing.
As a Learning Consultant (m/f/d) you will report to Group Learning Director based in Blieskastel for a Permanent contract.

Responsibilities

As a Learning Consultant (m/f/d), you will act as a strategic partner to function leaders, working closely with them to identify their learning and development needs and design tailored, innovative solutions. Your focus will be on strategic upskilling and reskilling initiatives, with ownership of projects from inception to implementation. You will use the latest learning technologies, including AI and XR, to create impactful learning experiences that drive business success.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Business Partnering:
  • Collaborate directly with Sales, Marketing, and Product Marketing leaders to understand their strategic priorities and align learning initiatives with business goals.
  • Learning Design & Development:
  • Design and develop innovative learning experiences rooted in recognized adult learning theories, ensuring relevance to business needs.
  • Program Leadership & project management:
  • Lead the planning and execution of strategic learning initiatives, ensuring effective project management to enhance organizational capabilities.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement :
  • Work closely with subject matter experts (f.e. Business Leaders, Academy Managers, HR business Partner) to deliver high-quality learning solutions
  • Innovation & Expertise:
  • Continuously explore and integrate cutting-edge trends and technologies, including AI and XR, in learning design to enable people to produce tailored programs that maximize impact and engagement.
