I. Job Summary
Responsible for becoming familiar with client’s business (an assigned organization within WM), key success factors and obstacles and providing strategic direction, coaching and planning to help organize and implement organizational effectiveness and training and development programs.

A. Education and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s Degree (accredited) in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or similar area of study or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four years of relevant work experience.
Experience: Seven years of prior work experience including experience managing a high performance work team (in addition to education requirement).

The expected pay range for this hybrid position across the U.S is $105K- 133,000K. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
