A key role in building our internal knowledge library. We are launching a strategic initiative to modernize and enrich our internal technical content. You will be the cornerstone in capturing the expertise of our engineers and specialists, and transforming it into clear, engaging, and easy-to-use digital content. Your mission: make our guides and training modules as captivating as they are useful, while enhancing the employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, structure, and enhance technical digital content for our engineers and support teams
  • Design various learning materials: PowerPoint presentations, video/audio capsules, interactive modules, infographics, and more
  • Gather requirements, interview internal experts, and translate their expertise into clear and visually appealing educational materials
  • Act as the link between internal experts and external providers (video, audio, and graphic production)
  • Ensure the visual quality, clarity, and linguistic consistency (FR/EN) of all content produced
  • Upload and maintain materials in our intranet and LMS
  • Collaborate with the training team to plan, track, and prioritize content development projects

Your Profile

  • University degree (technical background or relevant program in communication/instructional design)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical or educational content creation
  • Proficiency with visual design tools (e.g., Canva), LMS platforms, and Microsoft Office 365
  • Excellent ability to simplify and structure complex technical information
  • Full proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken
  • Detail-oriented, autonomous, organized, and a team player
  • Strong interest in user experience and visual quality
