Description

Coordinate teaching and learning across assigned departments or phases, ensuring consistency of approach and high expectations for all students.
Support colleagues through mentoring, coaching, and collaborative planning, sharing best practices and resources.
Assist in the design and delivery of professional development sessions aligned with school priorities and staff needs.
Conduct lesson observations, learning walks, and work scrutiny alongside senior leaders, providing constructive feedback to improve practice.
Help induct and support new and early-career teachers, including ECTs, into school systems and expectations.
Liaise between teachers, heads of department, and senior leadership to ensure effective communication and alignment.
