Job Title: Learning Delivery Manager

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:

• Proven track record in successfully managing large-scale projects and delivering complex programmes efficiently
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration abilities, with a talent for building effective relationships across internal teams and external partners to drive results
• Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and guide teams toward shared goals
• Background in Learning & Development or significant experience in a related business-focused field such as HR, Project Management, or Functional Capability
• CIPD qualification is desirable

• Lead a team of L&D professionals who business partner with the business functions to deliver annual training plans to time, cost, and quality
• Works with internal and external partners to ensure operational excellence in delivering learning to a diverse and high-volume learner portfolio
• Owns the Integrated Business Plan (IBP) for learning in Submarines
• Strategically aligns and delivers skills improvement at organisation level
• Manages the training budget on behalf of the business ensuring effective return on expectation and benefits realisation
