Description
Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. Provides advice and counsel related to the technology or operations of the business. Accountable for aiding in the design and development leading edge learning solutions in line with the L&D strategy Proactively identify, scope and prioritize the L&D opportunities to support business achievement Provide success criteria and total solutions blueprint for each initiative Validate the L&D solutions with the Learning Advisor and the relevant team members Advise on build or buy process for new solutions, including the repurposing of existing tools Maintain the integrity of solutions through continuous review and retirement of products as appropriate In partnership with Group Manager, stay connected to Learning Advisors to diagnose business issue Stay informed on market trends (both learning and financial industry) and employee best in class solutions to provide performance support 6-10 years of experience in Learning and Development Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel Self-motivated and detail oriented Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred ------------------------------------------------------ For complementary skills, please see above and/or contact the recruiter. ------------------------------------------------------
