Responsibilities

In this role you will identify, research, design, develop, and maintain learning solutions that align with business goals, help coordinate and deliver learning events flawlessly, manage the supply of learning interventions to meet requirements and enhance customer experience, and partner with various teams to build learning content in line with strategic business plans.

Responsibilities include:

  • Apply a contemporary understanding of workplace learning and leverage digital resources to create and maintain interactive, engaging learning solutions that are effective in achieving desired outcomes.
  • Plan, design, and maintain learning initiatives in line with business unit capability priorities and budgets.
  • Establish and maintain collaborative working relationships within the team and with external stakeholders.
  • Implement policies, processes, and procedures relevant to the design and development of learning initiatives.
  • Track delivery of activities to meet milestones and delivery requirements.
  • Provide research on best practice development tools/methods for future-focused learning programs.
