THE ROLE

The Learning Design team drives the creation of scalable, high-impact training across Square, Afterpay, and Cash App. Sitting within Customer Operations, this team ensures learning is designed with industry best practices, regulatory alignment, and real-time enablement in mind. As Senior Lead, you’ll shape the strategy for all learning design, lead a team of Learning Design Leads, and deliver programs that improve frontline performance and operational outcomes. Your impact will be felt globally as you drive consistency, scalability, and innovation across brands and geographies.
