• Develop Training and Materials for a new IT System

We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Lead to design and coordinate a comprehensive capability-building program supporting the transition to a new IT System.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs analyses and skills gap assessments in partnership with leaders and subject matter experts.
• Develop a comprehensive training plan covering priorities, timelines, delivery methods and success measures.
• Design engaging learning materials, practical guides, assessments and supporting resources.
• Coordinate training delivery, onboarding activities and capability-building programs for employees.
• Establish effective systems for tracking training completion, workforce readiness and progress reporting to stakeholders.

Key Skills and Experience

• Demonstrated experience leading learning and development, workforce capability or operational training initiatives.
• Strong capability in training needs analysis, skills gap assessment and learning program design.
• Experience developing high-quality learning materials, assessments and onboarding resources.
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation and communication skills
• Strong planning, coordination and reporting skills
