Job Description We’re looking for a Learning Developer who’s creative, curious and ready to build learning that feels fun. Someone who wants to create learning that’s fresh, engaging, meaningful to help our crew and leaders grow quickly. What You’ll Do Design and develop interactive, visually exciting eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline Produce learning resources including workshops and tools that help our people level up fast Maintain and update content in the Workday LMS Support reporting, analytics and make the LMS experience smoother, easier and more engaging Collaborate with the Instructional Designer, Capability Specialist, SMEs and international teams Keep all digital learning accurate, current and aligned to operational standards Facilitate leadership workshops and support broader L&D sessions. What You’ll Bring Required 1–2 years’ experience in a similar role Proficiency with Articulate Storyline or similar tools Experience with LMS platforms (Workday a plus) Strong visual design skills and understanding of adult learning principles Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while staying creative and delivering high-quality work. Preferred Experience in QSR, hospitality or food retail Knowledge of food safety or restaurant operations Basic graphic design skills.
