Job Description We’re looking for a Learning Developer to create engaging digital learning that empowers our crew and leaders across the restaurant network. What You’ll Do Design and develop interactive eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline Convert existing training into digital and micro-learning formats Produce learning resources including guides, workshops and tools Maintain and update content in the Workday LMS Support reporting, analytics and LMS user experience improvements Collaborate with the Instructional Designer, Capability Specialist, SMEs and international teams Keep all digital learning accurate, current and aligned to operational standards Facilitate leadership workshops and support broader L&D sessions. What You’ll Bring Required 1–2 years’ experience in a similar role Proficiency with Articulate Storyline or similar tools Experience with LMS platforms (Workday a plus) Strong visual design skills and understanding of adult learning principles Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Preferred Experience in QSR, hospitality or food retail Knowledge of food safety or restaurant operations Basic graphic design skills.
