About the Role We are looking for a creative and motivated Learning Developer to design, develop, and deliver engaging learning experiences that support the growth and development of our people. You will report into the Learning and Development Partner and work closely with subject matter experts to turn learning needs into effective training solutions for our election operations. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your e-learning skills and experience while gaining valuable hands-on experience. The role is a Temporary full-time position until 30 June 2027. Politically neutral with no affiliation to political parties or lobbyists/third party campaigners. Satisfactory Criminal Record check result.
