Responsibilities
  • In this exciting position, you support the planning, execution, and monitoring of e-learning projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery, as well as developing and maintaining project timelines and critical paths to track progress.
  • You build and maintain strong relationships with country-specific teams to adapt training content with local market needs, including compliance requirements, and utilize translation tools to adapt training materials across multiple languages, ensuring accuracy and cultural relevance.
  • You coordinate global training programs by managing schedules, attendee communication, and logistics, and identify and recommend relevant digital and in-person learning content, including external resources such as industry webinars.
  • You maintain accurate records of learners and training progress within the LMS, ensuring seamless training delivery and compliance tracking, and collaborate with People and Culture teams to track and report on mandatory training completion across all regions.
  • You will design and develop digital learning experiences based on existing content or briefs provided by the Sales Capability Team, using tools such as Articulate Rise, Storyline, and AI-based platforms like Synthesia. You also manage the L&D budget, including tracking spend, overseeing service renewals, and supporting vendor negotiations
  • You support the facilitation of learning initiatives, such as training sessions, workshops, and webinars, and evaluate their effectiveness using participant feedback, assessments, and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
