Our Capability Development team is currently seeking to appoint a Learning & Development Advisor to actively support the team in the delivery of a broad range of quality programs and services across the department.

Responsibilities

As part of your role as the Learning & Development Advisor, you will assist with the coordination of training programs, liaising with training providers and stakeholders to promote opportunities and manage the logistics, negotiating workable timeframes and availability to meet client objectives. To facilitate effective unit operations, you will also provide project and administrative support as well respond to clients where required with timely and accurate advice and information.
