Description

Your key duties will include

  • Coordinate and support learning and development activities across Ayers Rock Resort
  • Deliver the resort's orientation program and facilitate training sessions
  • Partner with leaders to identify training needs and build workforce capability
  • Manage training schedules, communications and learning administration
  • Maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) and training records
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external training providers
  • Support the development and continuous improvement of learning content, resources and programs
  • Contribute to initiatives that enhance employee capability and engagement

About You

  • Confident facilitating training and presenting to groups of varying sizes
  • Experience training, coaching or developing people in a hospitality, tourism or service environment
  • Experience in learning and development, training or a similar people-focused role
  • A proactive, approachable and adaptable mindset, with a passion for helping others succeed
  • Comfortable using technology and learning systems, with LMS experience highly regarded
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
