Fixed term, full-time appointment (18 months) Level 3/4: $65,896 - $84,002 + 17% superannuation As the Learning & Development Assistant, you’ll play a key role in enabling the smooth and impactful delivery of UOW’s professional and leadership development programs through the UOW Academy. Working closely with the Team Lead, Learning Enablement and the broader team, you will: Coordinate logistics for online and in-person workshops and events Provide administrative and learner support, including enrolments and enquiries Maintain learning offerings in the LMS (Unified) Support mandatory training deployment and reporting Assist in the setup and coordination of diagnostic tools (e.g., 360° feedback) Prepare communications, update intranet pages, and maintain accurate records Contribute to continuous improvement across L&D processes and systems Your work ensures a seamless learner experience and supports capability development across the University.
