In a nutshell Our People team strives to revolutionize learning & development in the same way that Picnic has shaken up grocery delivery. Picnic’s central team is built up out of 1000 talented individuals spread across three main locations: Amsterdam, Paris and Düsseldorf. In the role of L&D Associate, you're part of the central L&D team at our Amsterdam office. Working closely together with the broader People team, you're the first point of contact for the Picnic central team for all L&D related topics. Being a true team player, you're constantly working with the rest of the L&D team and other colleagues within the whole of Picnic. Tricks of the trade Planning and coordinating: Be responsible for all planning and coordination of trainings and other L&D programs Find venues: Find external locations for programs that fit well with the specific trainings and programs Improve processes: Proactively find ways to continuously improve L&D processes Documentation: Take ownership of documenting evaluations and feedback Your superpowers Bachelor's degree, preferably in HR or similar 1-2 years of working experience, preferably in HR and/or L&D Experienced in working with Google Sheets Experience with Workday is a big plus Strong admin skills and the ability to keep a clear overview An eye for detail and highly service oriented You are an organizational talent who takes ownership You are an energetic and confident team player with a positive mindset Fluent in English both verbal and written.
