As an L&D Business Partner, you’ll work closely with care home managers, staff, and a regional Care Trainer to identify development needs, deliver engaging training solutions, and evaluate their impact. You’ll lead on L&D projects, create tailored learning resources, including e-learning, and champion a positive culture of continuous improvement. Your role will involve regular home visits, hands-on coaching, and collaborative work with internal and external partners to ensure training is relevant, accessible, and effective.
You’ll be a key contact for homes in your region, supporting them to meet compliance standards, grow their teams, and apply learning in real-time. Your influence will help drive both personal growth and organisational excellence.
